In these next two posts, I will be annotating two of the more familiar travel sites in Great Britain — Stonehenge and the Tower of London. By themselves, they are architecturally and historically important. Combined with their cultural and anthropological significance, you get a national park/monument type of experience as good as any in the world. Their displays, museums, and gift shops are not bad, either!
